To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review and respect the following policies: ⏰ Late Arrival • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. • If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show and may be canceled. 🚫 No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a 50%-100% charge of the booked service. • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to rebook. 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service and is forfeited if you cancel late or no-show. 📅 Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid penalties and keep your deposit.
