CANCELLATION POLICY I will charge 30% of the service price scheduled as a cancellation fee for any no-shows (15 min after appt time) or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If client NO SHOWS the card on file will be ran for the remaining balance due and the client will be banned from booking until the issue is addressed and worked out. Deposits are ONLY TRANSFERABLE when rescheduling 48 + hours in advance. Aside from that deposits are non refundable. If for any reason I cannot accommodate our scheduled appointment I will transfer the deposit to our rescheduled time or refund it per clients request.
